On July 6th, the Governor signed Executive Order 202.48 to continue the modification and suspension of laws relating to the disaster emergency.
In addition to several other provisions addressing the COVID-19 outbreak, the Executive Order extends the provisions tolling the Statute of Limitations until August 5, 2020 and ends the suspension of several laws related to criminal matters.
